At Saftey-Kleen, we are committed to our customer satisfaction. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).  Each item is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
  • Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
  • Clearance merchandise

Return Reasons

  1. Inaccurate website description
  2. Product and shipping box both damaged
  3. Product damaged, but shipping box OK
  4. Item defective or doesn't work
  5. Received extra item I didn't buy (no refund needed)
  6. Better price available
  7. Item arrived too late
  8. Missing or broken parts
  9. Bought by mistake
  10. Wrong item was sent
  11. Didn't approve purchase

Returns Processing

Locate your order and the line item that you would like to return and follow. Call or email Customer Service at 877-552-8975 (877-55BUYSK) during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 9 PM ET and Saturday 10AM-7PM ET).  Customer Service will record your reason and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the email address on the order.   Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local FedEx store.
